Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear and unequivocal statement before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery service (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Products should be returned complete, with all original packaging and accessories where applicable. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed vinyl records, CDs, cassettes or other audio recordings that have been unsealed after delivery;

  • Digital downloads or other digital content supplied immediately after you have expressly consented to delivery and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would be lost;

  • Custom-made or personalised products;

  • Any other products exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
