Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We ship worldwide. Return rights differ depending on where the order is delivered:

  • EU Orders: 14-day right of withdrawal (returns allowed for any reason).

  • Non-EU Orders: Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

All returns must be approved in advance.

2. EU Orders — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition received

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Costs & Refunds:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds cover the item price only

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

3. Non-EU Orders — No Returns Except Damage/Issues

For orders delivered outside the EU, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item arrived damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect.

If this applies, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.


4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can make it right.

Vinyl Seam Splits

Seam splits on vinyl jackets can occur during shipping.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for seam splits.

If you want to avoid this, you can request jacket-less shipping after placing your order — we’re happy to accommodate.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Items listed as “damaged goods”

  • Gift cards


6. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, follow the return procedure above


7. Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item (if eligible).

  • Refunds are for the item price only

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, please contact us.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item (EU customers only):

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once your refund is processed
