DESCRIPTION
ASTROWORLD is the third studio album from Houston rapper Travis Scott, released on 3 August 2018. Named after the former Six Flags AstroWorld theme park in Scott’s hometown of Houston, the album blends psychedelic rap, trap, atmospheric production and experimental hip-hop to create an immersive, theme-park-inspired listening experience.
The album features an extensive lineup of guest appearances, including Drake, Frank Ocean, Swae Lee, James Blake, Sheck Wes, The Weeknd, 21 Savage, Gunna, NAV, Don Toliver, Quavo and Takeoff. The record is anchored by the huge singles “SICKO MODE” and “BUTTERFLY EFFECT,” alongside fan favourites including “STARGAZING,” “STOP TRYING TO BE GOD,” “SKELETONS,” “ASTROTHUNDER” and “COFFEE BEAN.”
This edition of ASTROWORLD comes as a 2xLP vinyl pressing, featuring the complete 17-track album across four sides.
