DESCRIPTION

Originally released on Rap-A-Lot and is now being issued in a newly expanded double LP edition to mark the 30th anniversary of the 1996 debut. The release is part of the ongoing Rap-A-Lot 40 campaign, through which the label is reissuing selected catalog titles in revamped vinyl editions.

Musically, “Picture This” captures the early signature sound of the Chicago trio: the album includes the groundbreaking hit “Po Pimp” with a standout guest appearance by Twista, as well as tracks like “Paper Chase,” “Money Flow,” and “Playa Like Me And You,” which helped shape the region’s melodic street sound. This edition expands the original album format, spreading the tracks across a double LP and adding an insert with photography and the original sequencing. The reissue lets listeners revisit the distinctive double-time passages and soulful hooks in a longer, more vinyl-friendly layout, putting Do Or Die’s 1996 statement back in the spotlight.
