The long-awaited reissue of his rarest album, Going To My Baby's Place, which at the time was said to be "too rare to be priced"! The album contains several new and previously unreleased songs added to the singles released on the minor Watts USA label between 1973 and 1974, and is a masterpiece that showcases the unparalleled power of Vernon's wildly bluesy, powerful, and fiery vocals. Backed by the likes of LTD and David T. Walker, the funky backing is one of the highlights of the album. This is a long-awaited reissue of a great deep soul album that is more than just rare!
