OutKast’s Idlewild, originally released in 2006, is the duo’s sixth and final studio album and was created as a companion to their musical film of the same name. André 3000 and Big Boi push their genre-blending style even further, combining hip-hop with jazz, blues, swing, soul and funk.
Featuring standout tracks including “Mighty ‘O’,” “Idlewild Blue (Don’tchu Worry ’Bout Me),” “Morris Brown” and “Hollywood Divorce,” the album also includes appearances from Sleepy Brown, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Janelle Monáe, Killer Mike and Macy Gray. This 20th Anniversary 2LP edition is pressed on marbled pink vinyl.
